QUE SON LOS MÁNDALAS:
Los mandalas, y la construcción de un mandala en sí, es una “meditación activa”, un instrumento de contemplación, concentración y relajación. Representan el mapa del cosmos: una pequeña muestra totalizadora de la proyección geométrica del mundo.

Es esa porción del universo que ocupa nuestro ser, nuestra esencia. Desde el punto de vista psicológico, tiene una función lúdico-terapéutica. No tiene un objetivo explicito, la libertad en la creación va revelando imágenes de la organización interior de la persona, consciente o inconscientemente.

Su creación no exige habilidades intelectuales especificas, es una respuesta instantánea, son ejemplos ysímbolos cuyo propósito consiste en entender “intuitivamente” las posibilidades infinitas del subconsciente humano.

El significado del las formas de los mandalas

• El círculo significa lejanía, extensión, pero también seguridad, lo absoluto, el verdadero yo.
• El cuadrado representa la estabilidad y el equilibrio.
• El triángulo se relaciona con el agua, la vitalidad y la transformación.

OTOLITOS DE CORVINA (BCS COLLARES, DIJES Y ARETES)

• Con los otolitos están muy desarrollados y se encargan de ayudar al pez a mantener el equilibrio.
• Piedras preciosas: Cotizados desde la antigüedad como componente de collares y amuletos de la suerte, los otolitos son una especie de piedras de apariencia marmórea, compuestas por cristales de carbonato cálcico, que los peces tienen alojadas en la cavidad auditiva y que les sirven para mantener el equilibrio. MAS SOBRE OTOLITOS

Producto de la larga vinculación que desde la Prehistoria tenemos con el mar,

es el singular uso que los habitantes de estas costas hemos dado a una pequeña

parte de un pez: la corvina. Aparece desde momentos que remonta su antigüedad a

más de 3000 años, convirtiéndose, posiblemente, en una de nuestras más antiguas

manifestaciones mágico-religiosas originadas en el mundo marino.

Es este un pez, la corvina, muy vinculado con las gentes del mar, la mayoría

de sus capturas en Cádiz están relacionadas con los atunes. Pues bien, aquí en

nuestra bahía, aún se utiliza como amuleto un huesecillo que

lleva en la cabeza llamado otolito, que es bien conocido para

muchos de nosotros.

Los otolitos, o estatolitos, son pequeños huesecillos

que tiene la corvina en su cabeza. El estatolito tiene forma

de saco y es parte del órgano de equilibrio en los peces y su

ficha de crecimiento, situándose, en los animales vertebrados, junto a los órganos acústicos. Su naturaleza, forma y

parecido quedan claramente expresadas en su denominación

originaria del griego: oûs-otos, oreja, y lithos, piedra.

En la fotografía, se puede observar la forma más común

de llevarlos, trabados en hilos y cadena de oro, y colgados

del cuello.

Por eso le pusieron el "Oro de los tontos".
